Privacy and enquiry notice
Medlexion Technologies LLP is responsible for the personal data you submit through this enquiry. EvidenceOS is the system used to receive, review and keep the enquiry record. For privacy questions or a verified rights request, email support@medlexion.com.
We use your name, email address and short description to review what is stuck, decide whether Medlexion can offer or identify an appropriate next step, contact you about the enquiry, maintain an auditable record and protect the service against abuse. A human reviews enquiries. The initial form is not sent to an AI model.
We also keep bounded context about how the enquiry reached us, such as the page, campaign, referral, partner or outreach identifiers and first-arrival timing. These fields help us understand and deduplicate acquisition routes. A referral link does not give a partner access to your enquiry or documents, and you should never put names, email addresses or private case details into a referral URL.
At this stage, send only a brief description. Do not send health information, identity documents, bank or account numbers, passwords, OTPs, files, or confidential details about other people. Document collection is not open through this intake.
Sending the form does not appoint a representative, start a filing, pause a deadline or create a paid engagement. Any proposed service, contracting scope, price, tax treatment and terms require a separate reviewed step and explicit acceptance. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing.
Service providers
Access is limited to authorised Medlexion operators and providers needed to run the enquiry service. The prepared production stack uses application hosting, a managed database, transactional email, operator authentication and encrypted backup storage. Customer records are not intended to be stored in personal Gmail or public file storage. Initial acquisition payments are disabled.
Medlexion is India-based and the service may involve international processing. For the Europe-facing production pilot, the technical design prefers European hosting/database regions where available and requires an EU-jurisdiction backup bucket. Where transfer rules apply, the relevant provider contractual safeguards and transfer mechanisms are reviewed as part of the production configuration.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not become an active engagement is placed into a retention review after 90 days of inactivity. It may then be deleted or anonymised unless a documented security, dispute, legal-hold, accounting or other legitimate retention reason applies. Agreements, payments and service records, if any are later created, follow their own approved record-retention requirements. Encrypted pilot backups use a short rolling retention rather than indefinite accumulation.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you and the processing, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Email support@medlexion.com with your enquiry reference. We may need to verify identity and may have to retain some records where a legal hold, contractual, accounting, security or other lawful record obligation applies.
Keep any private enquiry or progress link secure. We do not add advertising pixels to the enquiry form or private progress page.
